Technical Details

The electrical wire under this cloth covering has three conductor wires including ground, positive, and negative. They’re insulated first by a PVC housing, and over that lies the braided rayon cloth. Due to our commitment to safe, high quality products, this cloth covered wire is UL listed and rated for 300V.

Please confirm the specifications of this wire to ensure you get exactly what you need. If you’re not sure about the color, we offer sample orders to allow you to see the color in person before making a final decision.

If your project requires a 2-conductor cord, it’s easy to clip the third wire (green) since you will not be using that one. If you’re choosing this option, consider ordering 1-2 feet more than what you need in order to compensate for the length cut and wire stripping.
