DIY Fabric Wire by the Foot - Sterling Silver

Our Sterling Silver color premium cloth covered electrical wire has a great texture, flexibility and feel, perfect for your next lighting project. This is out of our Shine collection which have a beautiful sheen to the finish. For your convenience, we sell it by the foot, so you can order as much or as little as you need.

The construction of our SVT-B wire features 3 conductor wires (positive, negative and ground) insulated by a PVC housing and finished with a high quality braided rayon cloth cover. This wire is fully UL Listed, which is demonstrative of our commitment to providing safe, high quality products. The rated voltage for this wire is 300V and the weight load is 5 pounds. If you need a 2-conductor cord, you can simply clip the third wire (green) and leave it unused. We recommend ordering 1-2 feet more than you need to compensate for length cuts and wire stripping. If you would like to make a light fixture, please consult a licensed electrician first.
