Got this as part of the plug in pendant light kit. Really liked the ability to customize all the components on the website and am very happy with the final design. I had been looking for a cool modern plug-in pendant for some time and am very glad to have come across this company. Also, staff was very responsive with questions and the shipping was quick and nicely packaged. The product is well designed and well made. Overall this is a great buy at a really fair price and we would definitely shop here again. Thanks!

I ordered a custom pendant light with a cord. It arrived quickly and looked beautiful. I quickly realized that I really should have taken advantage of the option to add a thumb switch to my light (there absolutely is a difference between unplugging and having a thumb switch!) and emailed customer service asking if it would be possible to add that thumb switch to my existing cord. I got a prompt and friendly response, a very reasonable quote and within a week I had my new cord including the thumb switch. I will absolutely be recommitted a color cord company to friends!
