I ordered this minimalist finial because it suits my aesthetic taste. I'm not a big fan of ostentation and ornamentation, and this piece was exactly what I wanted. The first one that I received was defective, however: the thread was deformed so that i the finial wouldn't screw onto the reciprocal fitting. I informed the vendor, they replied promptly. I provided a photo of the defect, and they immediately sent a replacement. While I'd have liked that they had tested the item before sending it, I really appreciate their attention to the issue and the swift resolution thereof. Plus, I like their style.

I finally found something to keep my lamp shades from falling off. Lol. They are supposed to have a long bar to make them taller but this works, until I can find exactly what I need.
