Nestled close to the ceiling with luminous finished brass hardware, the Smoothie Post Pendant radiates a celestial charm, perfect for casting a warm, enchanting ambiance in hallways, entryways, or intimate alcoves. Each piece is a one-of-a-kind creation, handcrafted by the artist, ensuring no two are ever alike.

The Post Pendant is offered in three different fixture lengths:

• 2-inch tube: Small 8.25" or Large 11.5"
• 4-inch tube: Small 10.25" or Large 13.5"
• 6-inch tube: Small 12.25" or Large 15.5"

Shade options:

• Small Shade: 4 inches wide
• Large Shade: 6.5 inches wide

The canopy is five inches in diameter. Bulb not included. Please purchase separately. This fixture features our finished brass, which has been hand brushed and sealed to provide a gorgeous high quality real brass look. Production and Shipping Lead Times

Each Modern Science fixture is handmade to order in collaboration with the artist. Please allow 2-3 weeks for production, separate from the shipping speed. If additional production time is required, we’ll notify you promptly.

About the Artist

Amanda K. Woodcock is the founder of Modern Science Project, where she blends her expertise as a potter, glass artist, product designer, and mechanical engineer to create funky yet functional iridescent pottery and glassware. Using computer-aided design (not AI!) and 3D printing, she meticulously crafts the forms that shape the molds for each piece. From there, every item is hand-cast, sponged, seamed, glazed, and fired twice, ensuring a truly one-of-a-kind creation. With a passion for innovation and artistry, Amanda’s work brings a playful yet refined touch to everyday objects.
