I ordered a couple of custom cables and both colorways looked fantastic and exactly as I even better than I had envisioned when selecting my options. Had a minor issue with one of my cables and customer service went above and beyond to make sure that my issue was taken care of. Highly recommend, plan to buy additional cables in the near future.

Great product and service. The cord frayed from the canopy while installing and they sent me out a replacement super fast. Much appreciated!
Only minor notes to be aware of before buying are, In addition to the cord fraying easily (it's rayon), the canopy we bought is RAW brass, so it will age/oxidize super easy. Have some brass polish and will keep it shiny!

Love every part of the custom cord! Looks exactly how I imagined, and the website made it really easy to get what I wanted and know what to expect. The cord itself really completes the space in our house, and I loved that we could customize each and every part so that it looks great with the vibe of the rest of the room.
