Shipping Policy
GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
The majority of our orders of stocked items received before 12:00 PM MST on weekdays will ship out the same day. Ceiling Mounted, Flush Mounted, and Custom projects are handmade to order and will ship when ready within the stated production lead times of those products as noted on the product page. Depending on rare factors such as unusually high order volume, inventory audits, warehouse closures, holiday closures, etc, we may ship orders up to 7 days after the order is received. Shipping transit days are calculated as business days (Monday-Friday).
📦 Free shipping on orders over $149!* 📦 Eligible orders over $149 are eligible for free economy shipping. Orders under $149 will have the option to choose from our flat-rate basic economy shipping options.
*Items not eligible for free shipping are indicated on the specific product page. These items include, but are not limited to, Basket Shades, Drum Shades, Tall Shades and other items marked as such. Please contact us if you have any additional questions about items not eligible for free shipping.
We cannot guarantee same day shipping for expedited services such as overnight and 2-day shipping. If you would like to know the anticipated ship date feel free to contact us prior to placing your order and we can give you a definitive ship date. Orders will arrive on business days NOT weekends unless arranged with a customer service representative beforehand.
Any shipping charges incurred due to exchanges or returns for store credit are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Please ensure your destination has a secure point of delivery. Tracking numbers are provided by email at the time of shipment.
Please check your address information carefully prior to placing your order. Address changes will incur a $12 address correction fee per address once your order has been processed. If your order has not been processed a fee may not be incurred. Please contact us with any questions you may have. NOTE: 2-Day and FedEx services cannot be sent to PO Boxes.
If your package doesn't arrive on the estimated delivery date as provided by your tracking number, if there is a delivery exception or some other issue - it is best to contact the shipping company directly. Once a package leaves our warehouse we have no control over the package or the shipping process. If you are unable to resolve a shipping/delivery issue with the carrier, please contact us.
Free USA Shipping (Slowest Method)
When we offer free USA shipping (the contiguous United States only), we determine the most cost-effective shipping method for us. This will vary from state to state, the majority of these shipments will ship via USPS or FedEx. This service is likely going to take between 4-8 business days depending on your shipping address. For free shipping, it is not possible for our customers to pick the method... but hey, you don’t have to pay for it!
The map below lists approximate shipping times for free shipping. Please note: these are approximate and we cannot guarantee delivery times as this is out of our control once the package leaves our warehouse.
If you are outside of the contiguous United States a free shipping method is not available at this time. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are typically best sent via USPS. If you have more questions about shipping outside the contiguous US please contact us.
PLEASE NOTE: These are not guaranteed shipping times - under certain circumstances (weather, holiday closures) additional days may be added on to delivery times. Once your order has been placed and you have selected this shipping method we are unable to cancel, redirect, change destination address, or expedite delivery date. If you need your items faster, please select a different shipping method during checkout.
FedEx Ground / FedEx Home Delivery
This is an affordable option that is still relatively fast. The prices are direct from FedEx, based on the final delivery point and the weight of the package. Please note, these rates are calculated by FedEx, we do not profit from shipping. FedEx ground ships to commercial addresses and FedEx Ground Home Delivery is for residential addresses. Pro tip, if you have a safe commercial address to ship to, rates are generally cheaper than rates to residences. The map below lists approximate shipping times, please note these are approximate and we cannot guarantee delivery times as this is out of our control once the package leaves our warehouse.
FedEx Standard Overnight & FedEx 2 Day
We offer these expedited services. We generally can ship the same day if the order is placed before 12 PM MST, but cannot guarantee it. If you have ordered a product with a production lead time, express shipping services are not the same as a rush order. Please contact us directly if you would like to expedite the production timeline. Please call us to inquire about processing time, we will do our best to get your package out if you have selected an expedited service. The prices are direct from FedEx, based on the final delivery point and the weight of the package. The 2 day and next day deliveries are calculated by business days NOT weekends. For example, if you are placing an order on Thursday and choose 2-day shipping, your package will arrive in 2 business days, which is Monday. Please note, these rates are calculated by FedEx, we do not profit from shipping.
International Delivery
We currently only ship to countries within North America. If you have questions about shipping outside North America please contact us. All international orders are shipped via FedEx or USPS.

The customer assumes responsibility for any additional charges on rejected packages or any applicable clearance entry fees, ROD fees, and other import fees. For all International customers, it is your responsibility to find out what your electrical requirements and codes are. Our product is made for the North American market, the specs of each item we sell are found on the product pages for you to research if they will work for your needs. We do not accept returns for international orders. Please contact us with any international delivery questions.
USPS Shipping Information:
First-Class Mail International - The most affordable international shipping option.
Priority Mail International - 6-10 Business Days
Priority Mail Express International - 3-5 Business Days
The customer assumes responsibility for any additional charges on rejected packages or any applicable clearance entry fees, ROD fees, and other import fees. For all International customers, it is your responsibility to find out what your electrical requirements and codes are. Our product is made for the North American market, the specs of each item we sell are found on the product pages for you to research if they will work for your needs. We do not accept returns for international orders. USPS shipping may work in conjunction with your local postal service (i.e. Canada Post). Please contact us with any international delivery questions. In the event that an item in an international shipment is damaged, defective, or something similar we are unable to offer replacements but will issue a refund for that item.
