SKU: WJ-002
Our Black & White ZigZag SJT 16g. 3-Conductor cloth covered electrical wire is sold by the foot so you can order as much or as little as you need for your project. This heavy duty wire is suitable for extension cords. Please consult a licensed electrician if you are unsure of how to use this product. Each cord has 3 wires surrounded by a jacket and a thermoplastic insulated cover and is finished with a braided rayon cloth. This SJT-B wire is rated for up to 300v and has a maximum weight load of 5.5 lbs (2.3 kgs). We recommend ordering 1-2 feet more than you need to compensate for length cuts and wire stripping.
NOTE: This product is not designed for compatibility with our sockets, canopies or other accessories. If you are looking to build a light fixture please shop our selection of 18g. SVT wire. For traceability reasons for our UL Listed product, we cannot accept returns for cut-to-order wire. Please confirm that the specifications and color of this wire are suitable for your project prior to ordering.
Due to various monitor settings and calibrations, colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.

GunmetalGreat experience.
The product I received was just as described online. Good description online as well so there was no confusion as to if this was a 2 or3 conductor wire. Wire is of good quality and the fabric covering matched the online color exactly. The wire shipped quickly and was delivered about 5 days after I ordered it. Customer service was very quick to respond via email with my questions. I will buy again with confidence. Nice to find an outlet to buy specialty wires for my custom electrical projects.

I needed a high quality cloth covered cord to replace a 1920 era power cord for a player grand piano. The cord I purchased from Color Cord Company was an excellent compliment to the meticulous restoration that I am doing on a very fine Mason & Hamlin Ampico B piano. Thanks for the excellent product!
